Tracy is an extremely effective and inspiring coach. She helped me explore my career, goals and priorities along with my strengths and accomplishments – many of which I hadn’t fully recognized yet. Through my work with Tracy, I found the confidence and practical process needed to land my next role. Tracy has helped me in 3 key areas: recognizing and learning to adapt to various different leadership styles within my organization, becoming more disciplined and thoughtful in my approach to managing and resolving conflict and becoming more confident in myself and my abilities to be an influential and strategic member of our leadership team. Tracy provided valuable guidance and perspective and did so in a way that made me feel supported and accountable at the same time. If you want to elevate your communication effectiveness, better resolve conflict and increase your self-confidence, I would highly recommend coaching with Tracy.

As a new manager for a newly formed team, I was seeking additional support in my transition from an executionary role to a supervisor role. I am so glad that a colleague introduced me to Tracy! Tracy helped me view challenges from a new lens, create an arsenal of tactics and tools, and build my confidence to reach my goals. She is genuine and easy to talk to, and draws correlations to her own experiences that are helpful when discussing strategy and techniques. I learned so much about myself – both personally and professionally – and left each coaching session feeling empowered to be an effective and strategic leader to support my team and our initiatives. My manager even called out in my most recent review that she had noticed the impact on my confidence in proposing ideas/solutions and decision-making! I would highly recommend Tracy to anyone who is looking to elevate their career or hone their professional goals.

The best word to describe my coaching experience with Tracy is transformative! Not only did she help me realize I wasn’t fulfilled in my then professional role, she helped me identify and acquire a new one that is a much better fit for me and one that I am excited to engage in everyday! I found Tracy’s approach to be honest and straightforward with no sugar-coating. She always had my best intention at heart and was able to relate to and understand my perspective. She created a safe space that allowed me to be fully honest with myself and without that I don’t believe I would be where I am today. If you’re stuck or frustrated in your professional world, I would highly recommend Tracy’s 12 week coaching program – she will help you get to exactly where you want to be.

Every time I have a session with Tracy, I think to myself, why didn’t I do this sooner in my career? I waited until I was laid off to hire a coach. I now realize that I could have done a lot more with my career if I had spent the money earlier. Better late than never. My husband and I were very concerned about spending a large sum of money on a coach at a time when I wasn’t earning. However, she helped me reframe my skills, assisted my job search, helped with negotiation, while pivoting a bit in my career during a pandemic! I also took her leadership seminar, learned some great new skills, met new people (networking), and worked on my emotional intelligence skills with her. It’s certainly one of the best investments I’ve ever made.

I didn’t know I needed coaching prior to Tracy. I assumed if I worked hard, I would climb the corporate ladder. Granted, I worked a ton with little to show for it but that meant I needed to work harder right? Enter Tracy. Our first session, Tracy questioned and challenged the assumptions I made about myself and others. I knew then her coaching was exactly what I needed. She made  me realize how much my internal thoughts held me back at work. It wasn’t about working harder; it was about developing my emotional intelligence. It didn’t take many sessions to feel the difference nor for others to notice the difference. I would not have gotten to this point without Tracy. Her insight, empathy, and razor-sharp thinking are unlike any other I’ve encountered in the corporate world. I can’t thank or recommend her enough!

No more bullshit. This very easily could have been the name of Tracy’s coaching company. In a world full of posturing and inauthenticity, Tracy stands out as someone who refuses to do either. Courageous, focused and smart as hell, she will help you to challenge and change the belief systems hindering your growth. Tracy’s perspective and knowledge is well earned and is only seen in those who have been in the arena, fought valiantly and won. I have great respect for her and am grateful to have her in my corner.

Working with Tracy was a motivating and inspiring experience. She provided me the tools and support I needed to: (1) Get a more complete and objective view of myself (2) Truly define what professional and personal success meant to me (3) Uncover how my own thinking and judgment was holding me back from achieving my success and (4) Determine a go-forward career path. As a result of Tracy’s coaching, I am now confident with my go-forward career path and my ability to make my vision of success a reality! If you are looking to grow as a leader and a person I would highly recommend working with Tracy!

I reached out to Tracy because I was facing several challenges including a constant feeling of frustration at work, allowing the opinions and perspectives of others to determine my professional value and no clear vision for where I wanted to take my career. Right away Tracy helped me identify the triggers causing my frustrations and taught me how to work through them. This learning has enabled me to improve my relationships with others and more effectively deal with conflict. Additionally, Tracy took me through a customized career discovery program to help me determine where I wanted to take my career. This program helped me become very clear and confident about where I wanted to go next and enabled me to develop a go-forward action plan that I’m super excited about! Throughout the whole process Tracy always listened and really understood what I was saying and never judged me — yet at the same time she was always effective in keeping me on track even when things got tough. I would highly recommend Tracy’s coaching to anyone who is frustrated with their current work situation and is ready and committed to make some serious changes– for me the coaching experience was truly transformative and one of the best decisions I’ve ever made!

As I endeavored to determine how best to position myself for the next stage in my career, I faced some challenges, which I initially thought were related to how I looked on paper. I initially sought assistance with my resume, and received quotes, but no one invited me to dig deeper to ascertain whether this was the challenge. In came Tracy Murphy Paukstys with her personal engagement style and deep probing which prompted me to realize that it may not necessarily be my resume… but how I was showing up.

She made it comfortable for me to be vulnerable with her. She suggested an assessment to assess my energy. The revelations from the assessment, along with my debrief session, and subsequent coaching, created catalytic moments for me. She challenged me to look internally and make internal shifts in a way that helped me understand myself with a renewed perspective, redirect my energy, and harness my best self in powerful ways that built my confidence.

I received my ROI with Tracy and I’m glad I made the investment in myself.

I was frustrated in my current role and uncertain about where my career was heading. I knew I could do more, but wasn’t sure what to do next. By working with Tracy, I was able to positively shift my perspective about my current situation and I was able to gain a deeper understanding of myself and the types of work that bring me the greatest satisfaction. I now feel like I’m proactively managing my own career and am moving forward in the direction that I know will bring me the greatest career satisfaction. If you’re not feeling engaged in the work you’re doing or are unsure what your next career step should be, I highly recommend working with Tracy.

Tracy has helped me improve my relationships and stress level at work. She is intuitive and insightful. During our coaching sessions, she often shares her own experience and similar situations of someone she knows. I benefited from this approach tremendously as I get to assess a situation from different perspectives. Tracy also asks insightful questions to help me identify roadblocks. I had countless “AH-HA” moments during or after our sessions. I would recommend Tracy for anyone who is looking to elevate their career and management style to the next level!

Christine Weng, Manager, EY

Tracy is an excellent coach. She and I worked together for several months and it was eye-opening. Tracy helped me examine how I currently approach work situations, what was working well and what changes needed to be made in order to bring more fulfillment and enjoyment from my job. She listened to my goals, both short and long term, and helped me develop a plan that energized me to take action. Working with Tracy had an extremely positive impact on how I now manage my career and the fulfillment I have from the work I do every day. In addition, because of Tracy, I am now extremely confident on how to prepare for my “encore” career when the time comes.

Cindy Neumann, VP Sales Effectiveness

I came to coaching wanting to identify and secure a new career. My current role was no longer challenging me, my environment was toxic and the advocates and supporters I had recently left the organization. I was feeling frustrated, stuck and stifled. As I went through Tracy’s coaching process, I was able to understand my strengths, skills, values and interests and identify several possible go-forward career paths that I’m further exploring today through volunteerism. But more importantly, I learned I was actually running away from something vs. running toward something and what I really wanted was a plan for how to help me grow, reconnect and feel valued in my current role. Through Tracy’s coaching, guidance and support and my willingness to step outside of my comfort zone I’ve been able to create an action plan for how to take back control of my career and it includes all the things I need to have, personally and professionally, to drive my own happiness.

I met Tracy through the Schaumburg Business Association and reached out because I felt stuck at work and wanted help thinking through how to pursue advancement within my company and/or to explore other options that might be a good fit. Many insights came from my work with Tracy, with the biggest one being how much the judgements and assumptions I made about myself and others impacted how I showed up as a leader. Once I recognized this, took ownership of it and made some changes my situations, results and outlook improved dramatically. Tracy never judged me, nor did she try to change how I chose to handle situations – she just helped me explore what would be best for me and the situation. Each session focused on what I wanted to work on and not what she thought I should work on. If you’re at a crossroads in your career or feeling stuck, I would highly recommend coaching with Tracy!

Paula Bush, Associate Director – North West Housing Partnership

In early 2020, we were coming off an incredibly strong year business-wise, and then COVID hit and nobody knew what to do. Clients were asking us questions we couldn’t answer, our associates had to became teachers, our houses turned into offices, and the entire way we previously worked together as a team had to be rewritten.

Tracy and I had worked together previously, first as peers and then in a vendor/ client relationship. I became interested in working with Tracy as the pandemic grew, because I knew what she was doing for her clients was bringing them new ideas and success and NIQ needed a new perspective.

Tracy helped our team by championing a new team charter and vision for us. She introduced disciplines allowing us to achieve those goals with shared responsibilities and guardrails.

The result was a new way of working together in a new remote environment where accountability for ourselves and one another was respected and celebrated.

One thing I liked working with her was her FMCG experience which we leveraged, especially when the work got difficult establishing our future vision as a team and identifying the gaps we needed to overcome to achieve our goals.

Overall I found the experience was instrumental for our continued success as a team. The disciplined approach which Tracy leveraged, kept us on track and allowed us to develop a go-forward action plan where the entire team shared responsibilities with a common goal.

I would recommend Tracy to people/teams who need to uncover efficiencies in working together so they can achieve desired financial results, retain critical talent and provide an environment for associate growth opportunities.
